Travel Grants 

    A significant number of travel grants are available to support young investigators to attend the conference.

    IBMS travel grants are applied to via the abstract submission process and will be allocated based on the scientific merit of submitted work.

    Awards range from $400 - $1,000 (USD)

    *Please note that you must submit an abstract to apply for a travel grant. Participants with an affiliation in industry and pharmaceutical research centers are not eligible.

    The following global bone and mineral societies are supporting a number of travel grants as follows:

    American Society for Bone and Mineral Research () is providing $5,000 of travel grant support to young investigators based on the scientific merit of submitted work.
    Australian and New Zealand Bone and Mineral Society () is awarding up to three (3) awards valued at AU$1,000 (GST inclusive) based on application merit and applicant track record.     Belgian Bone Club () is awarding three (3) travel grants of €400 EUR each to attendees from Belgium based on the highest scoring abstract submissions.
    European Calcified Tissue Society () is awarding five (5) individual travel grants of €200 each on a first-come basis. Click  for more information and eligibility criteria.
