IBMS 2003 Call for Nominations

This is the official "2003 Call for Nominations" for the forthcoming elections of IBMS office-bearers and the selection of the 2003 IBMS Awardees.

Please complete your Call for Nominations online form by naming candidates for the following Offices and Awards. The deadline for online form submissions is Friday, March 7, 2003.

Please note that your submission is ONLY VALID if the membership name or membership ID and the authorization check box are completed.

The nomination of IBMS office-bearers and Awardees is a very important privilege. I urge you to take a few minutes of your time to nominate candidates who - in the case of office-bearers - have the skills and interest to manage and guide the Society on your behalf - and in case of Awardees fulfill the respective criteria.

I also ask you to encourage your fellow members to send in their nominations. This will ensure that the Nominating Committee will be able to present a balanced slate of candidates for election and to pick the best possible candidate for the prestigious IBMS Awards.

You may also mail, fax, or email your nominations (including your name and/or personal IBMS member ID) to the IBMS Headquarters by or before Friday, March 7, 2003.

Nominations will be collated by IBMS headquarters staff, and forwarded to the members of the Nominating Committee for construction of the ballot/selection of Awardees. The Nominating Committee will review the nominations and, if it deems necessary may propose additional names to provide a balanced list of candidates.

We also invite to scan the current IBMS member roster as well as to review the current IBMS Bylaws.
